JRI giving me gipe

This problem has been going on for a few months now and is driving me nuts. Hope one of you lot can solve the riddle and give me answers!

If I submit a post ( or private message) and wait to be redirected I then can't get JRI to play. Doesn't matter what I click nothing at all happens. I can't even refresh, I have to close the browser and open a new one. If I'm quick enough and click 'board index' (top left of page) then all is fine, but that's only if I'm quick enough.


Answers on a postcard please.

I've never had this .... Valks. When you choose to break something, you do do it with style.

Have you boosted the signal by plugging the modem into the toaster?

I've had similar problems with not being redirected properly and getting a message that says "the forum you selected does not exist" but its only sporadic and I assume probably something I'm doing

It could of course be that some of yall haven't updated the JRI URL which is http://justramit.co.uk/forum4/

If you go to forum 3 and so on you find yourself in a magical land of lolipops and munchkins where you log in and "stuff" happens.

I'm not having a problem being redirected to the correct place. I'm having a problem once I am there.

Of course I updated the link, I'm not as green as I'm cabbage looking.

Interesting ... Have you tried another brower, like Safari or Google Chrome? I assume you're using the Firefox one?
It's your bloody penchant for putting bagels in the toaster that did this in the first place ...

If it makes you feel any better mine works perfectly.
It's cause i rescued it, not wiped it like i should have ...

It's still doing it. Once I make a post I have to close the bastarding browser and log in again. This is doing my fucking head in. Facebook can wait, I'm nagging George till it's sorted ...

I use basic IE whatever the fuck its called. Mozilla and Google Chrome both hate me and things go missing.
